unbalanced?

Rohan is falling..
It is possible to activate some hereos like Gandalfs Stack???


Maybe it is not good, when 4 Evil Play in one Team, i'm not in Team with Galandriel. And the dwarfs are very weak in the game / a Dragon take  his city...so i stand alone.

Great, looking forward to continuing, although I feel the scenario is quite unfinished/unablanced and could need some impo0rvements + some aspects are quite random. butit's fun nontheless.

Replace the mod (Directory) under UserContent in AOW3 Games Directory
(my Folder is C:\Users\User\Documents\My Games\AoW3\UserContent)

Hello, it seems I updated the PBEM and single player balance mod to 1.27. The game tells me if I log on the game, it will force the update on all players to continue. 

Can you confirm it is alright to go on, or should I go back to and older version ?

Wow, I think I never looked at this or the email, I just see the email notification and do my turn

I sent it to him and asked what happened. I'm very sure he didn't do it to gain any advantage, so I wouldn't do anything about it, to be honest. But I'll see what he's got to say.

while I'm not sure what is our agreement on the turn restart, I believe doing restarts feels unfair to most of the players..
So my question is - what do we do about those?

Hi AIXStormrage, I guess no one was skipped in the game? There shouldn't be a turn timer and that is the reason why you wrote we might need to revert turns, right?
So we can continue?

Usually I get a message that it is my turn. But I haven't got it this time and I don't know why.

I agree. But I actually don't want anyone to be skipped, because it cripples game balance and the "story" we build. You see the dilemma? I'd rather simply like for everyone to do their turn at latest within 3-4 days without needing to push them.
The risk is that a skipped player may "internally terminate" the game and thus not play motivated/serious anymore.

That being said a turn timer could still be se but then we have to bear the consequences.

@ALL: Naturally if you can't do your turn for a while (e.g. because you go to vacation) this is NOT a problem. But you need to let us know!

I alo hope that the turns for this game will be done faster in the future, so far me (and likely most others) only did one turn. And most palyers here do their turns fast, s those that take their time....Please speed up!

Guys, 

I believe we need the turn timer to avoid situation where the turn gets ignored. We can set 5-7 days, I believe playing once in a week is totally doable.
