I'll try to explain the rule â„– 6.

Suppose, the team combos for the first match are: Beg1 - Elves/Dreadnought, Beg2 - Halflings/Druid, Vet - Goblins/Sorcerer. Of course, there have not to be the same class or race for more than 1 player in a team. So if Beg1 chose his combo, then Beg2 (or Vet) can't use in this match Elves race or Dreadnought class.

And for the second match: Vet - can choose any race (named it as Vet race) from all races except Elves, Halflings, Goblins, Beg1 race, Beg2 race, and any class (named it as Vet class) from all classes except Dreadnought, Druid, Sorcerer, Beg1 class, Beg2 class; Beg1 - can choose any race (named it as Beg1 class) from all races except Elves, Vet race, Beg2 race, and any class (named it as Beg1 class) from all classes except Dreadnought, Vet class, Beg2 class; Beg2 - can choose any race (named it as Beg2 race) from all races except Halflings, Vet race, Beg1 race, and any class (named it as Beg2 class) from all classes except Dreadnought, Vet class, Beg1 class. As additional difficulty (it's not yet in the rule № 6, but I'll correct it soon), for the second match Beg1 and Beg2 can choose only class or race (not both) which was used by their teammates in the first match. For our example in the second match Beg1 can choose one of this parameters: Halflings or Goblins or Druid or Sorcerer. Similarly, Beg2 can choose one of other parameters: Elves or Goblins or Dreadnought or Sorcerer. So if Beg1 will choose Druid class, he can't choose Elves, Halflings, Goblins,  Vet and Beg2 races too. If Beg2 will choose Goblins race, he can't choose Dreadnought, Druid, Sorcerer, Vet and Beg1 classes.

I hope this example illustrates all possible exceptions  for both matches. If it's not let me know 

I agree that some (so called) veteran players are more strong than another veterans. So the main idea of this tourney was to unite 1 experienced player and 2 beginners. Obviously, for the victory in the session veteran player will have to teach/help with resources and by giving good advices/defense borders or thrones of his teammates. All of this should level down his own player skills and slow down growth of his empire. Otherwise his teammates may loose very quickly and the veteran can't fight against 3 opponents (though Jean or Gabthegab can fight and win  ). But don't think that this tourney will be only fights between generals.   The first purpose of the tourney is to help beginners better understand AoW3. And also to show them how amazing the teamgame is.  

Your propose is good too, and it looks like more reasonable than mine, but it already won't be so unpredictable and won't have unlucky fails of players from top list.   Though I don't want insist on this stage and if most participants will find your variant more entertaining/joyful then I'll accept it - this tournament is organized for the players. 

About number of matches at the group phase: it's still 2, not 6.   I understand that you with a team can win at least 2 from 3 matches on this phase. But with the rule № 5 the group phase will last forever. To avoid it there will be only 2 matches: random team vs random team. So you will need to play your best combos (for each team) for this match I think. And even if you'll win in first match, you will have not so good combos for the second match.

So I start working on organizational things. I think I need 2-3 days for it (I'm still a noob in adminning  ) and then we'll start. 

I played a lot solo but i'm a beginner in multiplayer.

It seems we are 15 players, so that's probably not enough to account also for replacements. 
But the lack of beginners is an even bigger problem, as that was if I understood it correctly, the main bulk of players needed!
If people are eager to get started, maybe it would be better to classify players as "elite", "veteran" and "beginner" and try get 4 teams in that way. At least Jean and AIX is elite, so just 2 more needed!

I'm thinking that then; each team consist of 1 player from each classification, to try balance it.

As for the class/race rules, I interpretate it as: 
1) no team should have more than 1 of the same class or race in the same game
2) no team-member shall play the same class or race in two consecutive matches - but can use the same as a team-member from previous game

Example game 1: Player one Dwarf/Warlord, Player 2 Tigran/Druid, Player 3 Human/Rogue
Example game 2: Player One can pick everything except dwarf or warlord, player 2 everything except tigran or druid, player 3 everything except human or rogue.

I'm probably a Beginner with more than average experience but still a beginner, DiaEmperador is a Beginner and never played with our tournament rules etc.

And if two Players play the same class or race in the same game? So 50% of the same combination? That is lacking in your tabel I think

I think that it's meant like this. In the first match everyone can play any combination of class and race exept the ones the teammates are playing.

Can someone, please, explain what does point 6 mean:

6. In one match all players of each team can't play the same class/race. And in the second match players must change their combo, though in one team beginners (not a veteran) can play by the combo which was used by their team's partners in the previous match;

Others are too busy atm because of life or have enough games going for their taste so they'd be interested but not this time.
