yes stormrage lets rehost this one please with some adjustments ?    and at least lay out the full map setup screenshots this go ?


perhaps the super slow reaserch  is a bit too much  and i really needed to understand the 8layer starting option before making leader as others likely should have been forewarned i think there is 5 of us on surface perhaps

Hey guys,

I am quickly out of this game. Lost my leader and all my troops this turn. The first roaming indie stack will finish me off.  The missing hero I couldn't recruit weakens me to hard. Nymphs and feys everywhere dealing hell of damage or suducing my unexperienced units. Have fun and good luck!

i noticed when paradox took over ownership of triumph that there appeard to be a slight version update

it caused this to my knowledge

1. pathed units do not always appear in the click away unit movement quene

2. third hero offer ,  or on third time passing turn on same hero offer......AS SOON AS YOU START TURN u mush buy him.righta away or with first clicks of turn.....there seems like some damn 10 second expiry bullshit that happens since this update.



and some wierd shit with autopathing also

I just wanted to recruit my 1st hero but he didn't appear again. I choose not now until that turn to save the upkeep and now I can't recruit a hero. Additionally I am missing the 25 happiness bonus for recruiting a hero. This leads to an additional turn for my production. Any ideas why my hero didn't appear again?

i will host a properly setup 3v3 or 4v4  with my ultimate mod list.....


with planetfall release around the corner the community is about to head into the chaos rift i suspect.....

will be last shot at Aow 3.75......



team games are more fun anyhow , should have done that for this map as at least we could laugh at some of our allies struggles and or support eachother on the damn inevitable indy raids.....

I know it may seem like overkill to many, but I personally enjoy the game where the battle for a single gold mine is superhard, it gives me the feeling of reality and accomplishment if won (as well as implications if your units are critically hurt), rather than just tedious cleanup <smiletext0>
Hope you'll like it eventually too

@Seer, "steal" is overstatement <smiletext0> I've been inspired by the 2v2v2v2 game, but it wasn't solely due to the heroes that we managed to achieve what we achieved. Overall I liked the options presented by those mods, so I played with them a bit more and added two more mods.
There was agreement in place that Necro leader class will not be used, however necro units can be used (provided you'll get a hold of them at some point :devil<smiletext0>.
When I tested the map, the Random Map Generator placed me randomly on one of the 7 UG layers, sometimes deeper, sometimes - closer to the surface, so provided players chose the UG start, I believe the distance between players should be fair. 


I'm happy to do a parallel game, but all-in-all I get a feeling that you're whining right now because you were aiming for the rush/summon strategy which isn't playing out with the current settings  let's just play this game as is, and if you think you wish to start new game as well - feel free to do so <smiletext0>

StormRageR ...... i am happy to provide sagely advice on mods to any who ask ,   i think afterall you did steal my "prototype" modset here form our still ongoing 2v2v2v2 were you and your partner wiped out marcuspers and LCK in one fell SWOOP turn.....simply amazing and very impressive manouver..those are both good talented players..must have got one of those OP heros asi mentiond come from VMOD or two or three even. i supect the stack invisible drac sorc perhaps as one of them.....




if you had option to start on any of the 8 layers map would be less cramped , better yet if the top 3 layers were all surface "conditions" as in not UG.


surface will be crowded and first ug layer start players can just choose to dig and scout and play very defensive dig deep in the depths and build downward.



NECRO  units will nor suffer from the forge attrition mod so NECRO leaders should be banned.....way to big of advantage all undead units not suffering ANYTHING at the hands of the forge attrition mod is unfair. reread the steampage description regarding undead units for attrition mod.



yes i don't mind slowing down the resarch a bit stormrage but i think you cranked here down at least one notch too many on the extended settings thing........what did u set it at , did you take screenshots of settings when creating the game ?

would have been nice to see those before selecting leader.......



as well the site defender strength is what the "super strong" ?   i really like this but in conjunction with the weak start and super long reaserch ,  you have cranked the total difficulty up too much.



we won't die on turn 11  ,  it will be more like turn 30-50 that players will die to nasty indy spawns



anyways again i am still in middle of moving so short on time a bit.


i will at some point propose a full game setup for rehost.    im not against doing this game and trying it ....


but if everybody has a spare slot still to use i would ask you consider my proposed changes and engage in a second one with nearly this same set of mods but a few alterations on settings and a few added mods that have been released or adjusted etc.

well, from what I saw in the single player tests, players are placed quite a distance apart, sometimes even on completely different layers

Yep, you get to go 7 layers UG, so effectively place of the 6 more large maps in the UG
