Thanks for the help Seer, I was able to get it sorted. Now that we have all new games playing with the pbem mod I hope we can also come to a consensus on beta vs no beta for future games.

tussel , u are likely using the correct pbem balance mod , but u need to launch AoW3 on OPEN BETA with the balance mod.

I am unable to play my turn, it insists that I am running a different version of the pbem mod. Is this not the mod we are using? http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=661597466

Can you please remove the turn timer until I can resolve this.
