I'm out of town starting tomorrow until next week. 
So from the 3rd until the 10th. On the 7th I'm at home for a day, but unlikely to have time to play my turn.

Yes, just post in the player pool to get a replacement. Dread should join. I guess Loge won't as he disappeared.

You can send both a message as a reminder. Dreadrpr is an active player so he must have forgotten about it.

You can also replace players so no need to restart. Just bump the pbem player pool and say you are looking for replacements and you'll have some in a day.

most of the time games go real smoth, this is an exception.

Team setup is not a mistake.  It's very intentional.  It balances turn order and first opportunity of Empire Quests.  Sides 2 & 3 get the first power play and sides 6 & 1 get the second power play.
